Quality Inn Sacramento Convention Center

It was a great location, we went to see the Brad Williams comedy show May 17th and it was right down the street. The room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked great. The gentleman that checked us in that afternoon/ evening of May 17th, was just the best. It was very busy but he still took the time to provide exceptional customer service, explain everything to a tee, and was very friendly.

The location was pretty darn good, I'd say. I wouldn't walk alone but it is a short drive to everywhere. I liked that the rooms were only on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There wasn't much staff around but there was always someone where I needed them and they were always helpful. Breakfast was nice, served from 7 to 10! There was a waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, orange and apple juice, oatmeal, fruits, and tea and coffee. No extra fee for parking and no hold/deposit for incidentals. There was a microwave and a refrigerator in the room which was nice.

I liked that the room did not have a smell or stench. It smelled fine. The bedding was clean and comfortable, The breakfast was pretty good. Oatmeal, package of 2 boiled eggs, yogurts, fresh waffles to make, coffee, tea, boiled water, apple juice and orange juice.

The team, particularly Manny and Menzi, provided exceptional hospitality. Their prompt responses to our inquiries and insightful recommendations regarding local cuisine and attractions were greatly appreciated.
